This made it so the homes that he started showing us were much nicer and larger than we had looked at with the previous realtor. We found a great home in the South Bay and went into escrow within a couple of weeks of our first conversation with Jorge. Everything was going well until the property inspection, which is when we found out that the property had major foundation issues. Instead of trying to convince us to buy this home he was honest with us again and advised us to cancel. We were very impressed that he was more interested in truly helping us than just making a commission like other realtors.
So we started our search again and within a week he found us another home that we liked right across the street from our relatives. The home was in high demand and Jorge negotiated with the seller and convinced them to accept our offer and cancel their first open house.
