Completed in 2008 by Intergulf, two mid-rise concrete buildings comprise Breeza Condos. One building overlooks Pacific Highway while the other faces Beech Street. A third building, the Parron-Hall–Globe Mills building, serves as Breeza Condos’ commercial venue.
The residential condos have a combined total of 158 units measuring around 615 to 1,999 square feet. Units here have 1 to 3 bedrooms and 1 to 2 1/2 bathrooms, with 1 or 2 levels.
