I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jorge Castellon on several transactions over the past few years. In my experience, Jorge Castellon is a superstar agent, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
There are many things that stand out about Jorge. I would say first and foremost, is one word: Composure. The business of real estate is peaks and valleys, and nobody is better at managing the expectations of all parties, finding solutions to problems, and allowing cooler heads and reasonable thinking to prevail, than Jorge Castellon. He is able to think outside the box and hold deals together by creating win-win scenarios, when a deal may have otherwise fallen apart.
Another word that describe Jorge is honest. I recall a specific scenario where a less than ethical solution was on the table, and Jorge’s client, at the urging of Jorge, walked away from the scenario. How many agents can you say that about?! He protects his clients, he looks out for their best interest, and he’s not afraid to walk away–even when it can cost him a buck.
