After meeting Jorge C, I could tell right away that he was a very knowledgeable real estate agent in regards to the Downtown San Diego Real Estate market. The first thing we did was sit down in his office and take a look at what was available online. I told him what my needs were and he listened and gave me his best recommendations for what condos and buildings would be best for me. One of the things that I learned was that certain buildings do not qualify for VA loans. So that saved us a lot of time because we eliminated all the non-VA buildings right away and were able to focus on the condos I could actually buy. At first he referred me a loan officer who actually didn’t work out for me. So he recommended me to another loan guy who I hit it off with. Jorge was happy to show me around to the different condo buildings so that I could become familiar with the area and get a good feel for the market. I was surprised because other realtors who I have worked with in the past seemed to always be in a hurry to close a sale. After looking at about 15-20 places we were able to find a great place which I love right in the heart of the East Village. The process was easy.
