Well first of all, the amenities and common areas at Savina are top notch. The lobby makes a grand first impression with its high ceilings and enchanting chandelier. The pool is the best in Downtown San Diego and the lounge and fitness center are of resort quality. The exterior of the building is mostly glass and is best appreciated when reflecting Little Italy’s gorgeous sunsets.
Offering a variety of sizes and floor plans from one to three bedrooms, the residences at Savina offer the finest finishes and design. Each unit is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, rich wood flooring and walls of windows that frame amazing views of Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Bay, Coronado, Waterfront Park and the Iconic Star of India at the San Diego Maritime Museum.
As mentioned before, Savina is ideally located. Besides access to all of the neighborhood attractions, it has Burgeon Beer, Yoga Six, Row House and Stride right in the building!
