We live in the Bay Area and started looking for a condominium in San Diego 12 months ago. Being remote, it was challenging. Jorge kept us up to date with changes to the market and new listings and even did a number of Facetime showings for us. Eventually we found a few units that met our needs.
That is where Jorge’s knowledge of the area and market really helped. He helped us understand the value, potential issues, upside and downside of the units we were considering. For example, the unit we bought has an empty lot across the street where a project appeared to be stalled. He researched the project and was able to give us background and status that we otherwise would not have found.
Once it came time to make an offer, Jorge did a very good job of evaluating the value, presenting offers, negotiating and helping us to find a great home at an excellent price.
