Here are a few of our favorite coffee shops here in Little Italy:

Lofty Coffee is located on Columbia and West Cedar Street. They have an open and welcoming atmosphere with free wi-fi. It’s a great place to get some work done or just people watch. They source organic ingredients from local companies and that allows them to provide fresh and healthy food options as well.

James Coffee is located in a quaint little building at the North end of Little Italy. Among the coffee shop is The Urban Shave Barber Shop, Le Parfait Paris & ZB Savoy. It’s a fun atmosphere and the staff is always friendly and ready to serve your daily dose of caffeine.

Located on the corner of West Juniper and Kettner Blvd is a hip coffee shop known as Birdrock Coffee Roasters. Just recently making the list of Forbes top 12 best coffee roasters in the US. Influx is a great one-stop shop for your morning needs. Their breakfast menu has everything from croissants and bagels to oatmeal and egg scrambles. Add on their organic drip coffees and your day is all set.

Last but definitely not least is Cafe Italia. Located right in the heart of Little Italy under the famous Little Italy San Diego sign on India Street. It is a one of a kind espresso bar with Lavazza coffee beans imported from Italy. A dog-friendly location, so bring your furry loved one, and on Sundays, they offer an Award Winning Sunday Brunch Waffle Bar.
